Project Introduction

R&F Global Merchandise City (RFGMC) is the 'Internet+' international commerce & trade urban complex owned and developed by R&F Properties Group. The company will build an operational service system of 'full industry chain', and provide a'one-stop' commerce & trade solution for trading clients. The company's business landscape cover operation of the urban complex, B2B transaction platform, supply chain, O2O industrial operational service and so on. RFGMC will integrate global superior resources to build a smart and innovative online to offline commodity trade system, which will provide all-around services for tenants and become a globalized 'Internet +' fashion trade exhibition platform. The first phase of the project is located in Guangzhou, taking Huadu, the most nationally renowned leather product base, as its stronghold, with its fashion layout of clothing and accessories, leather & bags, shoes & hats. The total construction area of the project is 600,000 square meters,centered-around an international trade hall, plus other supporting facilities like international exhibition center, fashion design building, innovative trade building, hotel & apartment of international A grade etc.

The project has been under construction and is expected to come into service in the middle of 2018.
